Plan to Attend
The St. George Island Business Association is dedicated to providing our community with events that support our local businesses and families. The Winter Wonderland is a community event where the children of Franklin County can come out to see Santa and get a free toy! We also coordinate activities and treats for the families at no charge! We welcome all children, so if you are on the island, plan on attending our celebration!
Activities and Books
Volunteers from our community enjoy engaging children in fun activities with prizes and take home crafts! Bring me a Book Franklin is one or our many contributors.
Treats
Local businesses and groups donate their time and services to help provide treats such as hot chocolate and cookies! The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce partners with us to bring hotdogs to the event!
Lighting of the Palms
The annual Lighting of the Palms is at dusk during our event and is the beginning or our holiday season on St. George Island!
